God's Trigger

They don't make games quite like this or at the very least this is rare/unique and easily deserves 4 1/2 stars bare minimum and just playing as an angel is cool enough on its own I can't believe nobody knows about this game so much that I just found it over 3 years later and it STILL doesn't have enough reviews to have an exact average. Unbelievable

Awesome but challenging game. Be warned u will die constantly but no biggie no loading screens thank god lol kind of like good omens with a tarintino touch. I definitely recommend if your a fan of twin stick shooters.

Even for this genre. Screenshots misslead

The one big thing missing is the 80s/90s settings of the Hotline Miami games. The story in God’s Trigger isn’t bad, but its hard to top Hotline Miami’s “Go kill everyone that moves at this place because 3 people in animal masks said to do it” plot. Never the less the game play here is on point to Hotline Miami. There is 6 guys in this next room, all of which can kill you in one shot! It wont be long before you are able to take them out in just a few seconds and no one will be none the wiser (That is because they will be all dead....get it?). Before long you wont give two flying farts why you are an angel with no wings collecting nudie mags looking for one of the four horsemen of the apocolypse on an old west movie set! Or....maybe you will.....but then you will miss out on all the fun!!

a good top down shooter with a lot of trail and error. not fun if you can't take dying over and over again for S rating
