Might be biased
If you have ever been to a bar you have probably seen one or all of these games. I on the other hand, am a degenerate, who spent every second that I wasn't working or sleeping, hustling GoldenTee golf games at the local sports bar in the late 9o's early 2000's. Playing GoldenTee again brings back a flood of memories i will never forget. Unfortunately, this game could never replicate the original with the amazing track ball that we would smash into oblivion every drive. Doesn't matter because there are no leaderboards or online play, which is extremely disappointing. I will be the first to admit this game is far from perfect but that won't keep me from giving it five stars for Atari having the ******* to bring a 25 yo game to console, just for some old heads to relive the past for a moment. Atari, if your listening, thank you, now update it for todays hardware and see a classic reborn, WE NEED A NEW ARCADE GOLF GAME FOR CURRENT GENS WITH ONLINE PLAY AND LEADERBOARDS! FYI: Use aim assist

Use Aim Assist
Go to the player settings and turn on Aim Assist. It's not cheating, it just gives you more control with the virtual trackball. Maybe we'll get a real one later but changing this works for now. Outside of that the game is great.

I used to play Golden Tee everynight in my early 20s. Come to think about it, I may have also had a drinking problem too... Anyhoo, I do feel like my skills translate rather faithfully from the trackball to the thumbstick... most of the time. There are moments where the game will just do whatever the heck it wants. It's a great way to check for stick drift, I suppose. I'm still having a great time, though. The inclusion of the meh shuffleboard and physics-defying bowling are icing on the cake.

Fun, but controls...
...they take some getting used to, but once it clicks? It tinks like getting a birdie

The games got me hooked
They are fun and the achievements aren't difficult to obtain. I got addicted to the simplicity of the gameplay.
