There are conversations later that infect other npc dialogue with their words or it will just say 'newnewnewnewnew...' Some scripted quest scenes lock up every time sometimes with a mostly black screen. Most notably bugged quests: Muyue: Heap of Trouble II, Fengyu: A Different Path I, Aqi: Wrath of Bingfeng II, Ziqiao: Call For Renewal VI, the teal lady at the very top north of yihe town's final interaction with Fengyu, and Fengyu: What Lies Beneath VII. Problems occur when on multiple quests, can fix *some* by finishing others. Save before a buggy scene, switch to Chinese in main menu and reload game to progress. Save and switch back to english & reload game. Time sensitive quests need to warn you before you advance the story too far. Quest tracker needs to filter better and streamline things and indicate location better and more could enjoy this game . You should remaster it meticulously. Don't worry about the graphics just make text quests convos and cutscenes work without fail.

Surprisingly awesome rpg for such a reasonable price.
If you are a fan of jrpgs, then you can't get much better on the XB1. This is a Chinese take on a classic jrpg. It has good exploration, several side quests, interesting characters, and a great story. The action-based combat, with quick ability cooldown timers, is fun as well.

SO SURPRISED 😯
I've played this a year ago on PS4 but now that it surprisingly hit Xbox One, I'll no longer require it on PlayStation lol. I didn't see this coming and am both shocked and excited! This has a Chinese drama as well for those who are interested. If you're a JRPG fan like myself, then definitely grab this 💪

A JRPG on an Xbox!
Imagine my shock when I awoke to not just a JRPG being made available on the Xbox One, but a Chinese JRPG with a very fun, easy to grasp combat system. The opening hours are slow, but once past the opening hours, the game picks up the story pace nicely. This game is a little rough around the edges, with some misspells and sloppy bits in the dialogue and some weird graphical glitches, not to mention the dated graphics themselves, but the star of this game is the combat system. A fun mix of turn-ish based combat and Pokemon monster breeding, the combat system is easy to get into, but with surprising depth for those who dig in. Overall, I recommend this game, especially for those of us starving for JRPG content. Give it a go.

Like A Lost Dreamcast Game
Simple fun, Shenmue comedic vibes from translate, HD Remaster visuals, decent controls, good times hack slash with sass.
