Lost Planet 3

I miss these straight forward linear shooters. 360 era was seriously the pinnacle of amazing gaming experiences.

Don't buy this expecting it to play like the previous 2 games. That being said on its own its a solid game with an atmosphere similar to dead space 3. Can't say i didn't have fun with it.

The first 2 games had that monster hunter/ armored core feel to it. But this one was made by western devs and gave it a more darker and slight cinematic horror vibe. Somewhat linear with some exploration and side quests. Great story focused game. Feels more like The thing mixed with Starship Troopers.

I got this game a year ago and I still play it because it's incredible. The story is very well made and action packed but the characters are not the most memorable, the action in the game is great but the there are only around 6 enemies (excluding the bosses) thus making it a bit bland. Also the story ends leaving a possible sequel but it never came. In the end the game is a 9.3/10
