This is a esoteric card game you have to figure out how to play on your own. Its very addictive and is kind of a choose your own adventure rpg through cards. There really isnt much like this game other than the 2nd game in the series "book of hours"

Realistic!
Patient with stroke, seizures and complete renal failure was saved by a lung transplant. 10/10 for realism

Fun but unforgiving
This is a really fun game, but it may not be for you if you don't have prior medical knowledge. It takes a while to get enough points to do anything. If you diagnose and treat something, the patient dies before you can get enough points to diagnose and treat anything else. Very fun, but frustrating for someone with no medical background.

Mildly enjoyable - not plague inc.
This game is mildly enjoyable, could benefit from minor tweaks. The onscreen text is so small, very difficult to read.
There's only so many times where you can kill or cure someone before it gets repetitive and boring.
Definitely not Plague Inc, where you can infect thousands or millions of people with fake diseases.
With the exception of causing boredom and small text sizes, this game is just ok.

Really fun game, but during second to last life campaign,You are unable to move your shields. Making lethal mode impossible /needing RNG that the disease hit your shield from the start.
