Mia and the Dragon Princess

I'm in awe that these negative reviewers don't get Mia & the Dragon Princess (hopefully they are just young and naïve to the real world) This game is a love letter to the direct to video era of the 80's & 90's (I have two legit criticisms though) it should've had a option where you can change the picture filter (with VHS tracking lines or a 70's Grindhouse kung Fu filter w/cigarette burns & scene missing cards) it looks very crisp and clean probably shot in 2k on 16mm film (really pretty for a FMV) my biggest gripe is the audio (There's only one audio option in menu) in 2023 it's bad (not sure if it was the ADR or what but, comes of more Hi-Fi Stereo then digital) have to crank home Theatre to 60 (and it still sounds "Off") Laserdisc audio laughs at this but, besides these two negatives this is a top tier FMV release (if you grew up going to mom & pop Video stores you'll absolutely love this game/movie

Fun, and short, the strengh of this production rests in the narrative reactivity. The story tree completes this package, and subtly encourages one to revisit the story sans any ambiguity to the depth of the branching involved. Dita Tantang, Michael Geary and Jamie Morrow gave enjoyable performances, though you can tell 'fun' held sway over 'craft' on this set. I appreciated the brevity. Will watch again, but you'll see most of what this offers in two or three playthroughs.

Sure the acting was cringe, directing was shaky, and the plot was rushed and confusing...but thats what makes a Wales game so special! What I really liked here was the Story Tree Addition...Nice touch.

The game was so bad with terrible actors terrible story so many misleading things the animation was also bad and maybe the only things that were decent were the fight scenes but other than that i got this game on sale and i can tell you it is not worth my $11

Mia dragon and eddie only likeable characters . Its a guilty pleasure game with what the heck moments but it seems rushed
