MIO: Memories in Orbit

Goes back and forth from relaxing exploration to ballcrushing hard. Amazing story and graphics. Fair bosses, except for one specific duo. Also fantastic soundtrack

Ok maybe it's just me but , I really enjoy the soundtrack for the game. The gameplay is awesome to, might be the first metroidvania game I finsh.

This is more of a "first impressions" type review. The one hour that I've played has been really great. The art direction and music is the highlight of the game thus far. The platforming is responsive and feels good. Combat is good, but a lot of the enemies can be killed by just spamming the attack button, which isn't engaging. The bosses are really well telegraphed and feel very fair. The biggest issue for me is that this game test your endurance alot more than your skill. The game isn't that hard, but when you die, expect to be running back A LOT. Silksong, which is infamous for it's boss runbacks, has less frequent and shorter runbacks on average than this games does thus far.

18 hours in and im STILL lost

I really love this game. If you like Ori BF or the WOTW you'll really love this game too. I really appreciate that they are using the same art used in Shadow Part of Me, another masterpiece I recommend.
