NeuroVoider
Plug In Digital · Action & adventure · Role playing
NeuroVoider is a twin-stick shooter RPG set in a cyber futuristic world about brains shooting around evil robots with nuclear rocket launchers. Battle through the horde of vigilant robots, boost your character with the smoking remains of your victims, and defeat the master NeuroVoider.
The main complaints i saw where about the game being hard, this is not a valid reason to give this game a 1 star. That is a skill issue not a game issue.

Hard. Great though.
All those 1star reviews saying its hard are right. This game is hard, but great fun. Its a great rogue-type that procedurally generates everything with some great visuals and music. If your looking for a AAA game this is not for you, if your looking for a rogue-type indie then play it ! Also my first rogue-type. Introduced me to a great genre! (even has easy mode for the faint harded aka me)

Cyberpunk Mech Roguelike 2D Shooter Perfection
I have this game on Steam, bought a copy for Xbox because it is one of my favorite games. Think Robotron mixed with Diablo and Binding of Isaac with retro pixel graphics. You are a brain in a mech that you can upgrade between stages with the loot you earn during each stage. Even better, if you dont like the loot, you can break it down and use it to fuel a random loot generator! The soundtrack is excellent, sounding like a mixture of early 80's electro and proto-techno, very appropriate for the game's aesthetics. There are three mech types plus a large number of perks, which lead to different playstyles. There is enormous variety of weaponry as well that also creates different playstyles. The action is very good. Levels, enemies, and loot are all procedurally generated. The difficulty level is high but fair. You will have fun dying many times!💰
