It's the characters from the Double Dragon brawlers in a King Of Fighters setting. Final boss is a pain but overall not a bad 2D pixeled fighting game.

Its quite good. Devs didn't phone it in. There's no input lag. Plays modern.
Like an early ver of KOF w a cool tag/party/team system & gorgeous stages.
Roster is a short on personality. AI is super difficult. Learn on lower difficulties.
Movesets on edge of screen are great for learning the game. Training mode is well laid out. Accessible.
Havent tested online yet but probably will bcoz its fun to play.

But if you're in the mood for an old school 2d fiter that plays smooth w online support, this is amazing.
More KOF feel than SF, which i prefer.
