Reky + Brawl Chess

Looks cool, appealing art style, but control inputs are too sensitive sometimes and unresponsive at other times. More of a trial and error puzzler than a visual problem solving puzzler. Got to the 2nd group of puzzles and it was so boring and unsatisfying i just uninstalled.

Fun and simple chess game. Get on sale or in bundle. Developers -- numbers need to be flipped when playing as white (white starts from 1), please fix.

I love chess, & I wanted to play it on my xbox so I got this, it works perfectly, & its a lot of fun.

This is a good game ruined by sloppy controls, auto-saves that lose hours of progress, and random rules. Hit a direction and maybe you will move that way but be prepared to rewind because they count each one of those mistakes against you. Want to select the block right next to the current one? Well, cycle through them in whatever random order. Now you want to move it? Suddenly, it locks the blocks next to it, or one of them, or maybe itself, or maybe none. You can't tell until its too late. Rewind. Finally, be ready to quit and restart the game after each level just to make sure it was saved, and if it didn't, you can remember how to redo it. This is a good puzzler that shoots itself in the foot.

Great minimalistic art style with relaxing background music and sound cues. Fairly challenging puzzles depending on your skill level with block moving puzzles. Plenty of puzzles to go through but they do get a bit repetitive in longer gaming sessions. Easy to undo a move if you want to fix mistakes or try a new approach. The interface for moving blocks is a little awkward on console and can be a chore. There isn't too much variance in game mechanics. *Product Received for Free*
