REMEDIUM: Sentinels

PROS- *If you're addicted to Survivor-likes, this fits the bill. *Great atmosphere. *Visual aesthetic is charming. *Oppressive musical score. *Zoom in/out is a neat addition. *Multiple element-based evolutions for the same weapon. *No limits to arsenal. This means in Endless Mode, survive long enough and you will have every weapon and power up in the game fully maxed out. CONS- *Very short in comparison to its peers. 12 hours, everything done. *Sound quality is not great, muffled. Like construction is happening outside your house while someone is watching a horror film in the next room. *Only 4 or 5 weapons evolve *Limited bestiary *Small maps NOTES- *With some weapons, you continue to attack after death. I killed Peron, unlocked him and got the achievement 30 seconds after dying. *This game is SLOW and difficult. Know that going in. *RB in character selection for character-specific upgrades. *Play Endless for scrap. 20 min=10000 scrap. *Low-budget game, still a good time.

You ever wonder what it'd be like if an autoshooter was in 3rd person? Remedium has got ya covered. I'd give it 5 stars if there were more upgrades, lore, or even a skilltree,but otherwise its a fun game. I really dig the dark fantasy setting. Worth the 5$ asking price. * I changed this review to 5 stars when I discovered that this is merely a precursor to the top down open world shooter REMEDIUM. My lore, skills and upgrades are coming with it, so I am happy. Looking forward to this world.

Great auto shooter. Definitely seems like theres been a lot of em coming out lately but im not complaining hell i hope the trend continues. This one is a lil different though with The top down/ 3rd person view and dark environments. Its not perfect and for the price u wont find a better game. Definitely recommend if ur into the genre👍👍

No real dopamine hit. Enemies scale too quickly.

Good auto-shooter. Sobaka Studios have made some really good games and this one is no different.
