SAMURAI SHODOWN NEOGEO COLLECTION

Samurai Showdown is among the best SNK fighting series ever. This port is missing a few things that would have made it perfect. PROs - SamSho 1-5 + 5 Perfect (unreleased) - Rollback Netcode! - Online VS mode for all games - US + JP versions of all games! Wish SF 30th had this - Cool art galleries, videos + music CONs - No Training Mode!? - No Tutorial, Trials or Missions - These games are hard in Arcade + VS. Not easy to improve with no way to practice on a dummy or recording. - No SamSho 6

this game would be the ultimate package if only 1 thing was done; player lobbies. unfortunately, you will never play anyone because you dont know which game nor which mode anybody's playing. if there's a way to make it so everyone could look at the title and see player count and which mode {ranked or casual} that people are playing..... this game would be absolutely amazing. until this happens, this will just be another beautiful but dead snk game.

SNK did the fans a tremendous service with this bundle, each game plays beautifully as a near perfect arcade port, people need to stop trashing it....you're all whining about it not having a boring- a## training mode and no BGM options, so what. I do howver find it dumb that they include all 3 versions of SHODOWN 5, cuz really out of the 3 "PERFECT" version is the only one that needs to be played. The bundle woulda been better served had they just replaced the first 2 versions with SHODOWN 6, but still this bundle is an amazing SHODOWN tour 'de force worth every penny. Also the complaints bout the netcode being rubbish are exxagerated, I run my wi-fi on a cheap, outdated modem, and I'm still getting buttery smooth online matches here. Hit me up if u wanna battle.

👍

This collection is fantastic. 7 SS titles in one place which are all pretty phenomenal. Dont let the sneaky release slip under your nose
