Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition

Shadow of the Tomb Raider was a great finish to a great trilogy. If you are thinking about playing this game, I would highly suggest playing the entire trilogy from beginning to end. All 3 games offer the same quality in story and gameplay, while Shadow of the Tomb Raider 'Definitive Edition' offers the most beautiful world, bigger crypts, the best puzzles, and tons of stuff to do. Doing the extra dungeons/side missions during your first playthrough really makes the game a complete experience.

This was so far the best Tomb Raider game I've ever played, both in terms of gameplay and graphics. 10/10

Lara Croft IS the Tomb Raider. Crystal Dynamics makes another banger. This is the culmination of the first two games. The ultimate Tomb Raider experience. Playing it on performance mode on series x runs very smooth. The locations and vistas look stunning. I took more screenshots in this game than any other. The game never lets up. It's long and brilliant. The gameplay consistently evolves as the game progresses and forces you to mix up tactics. It's a perfect mix of combat and tomb raiding. The story never lets up either, making you want to keep pressing on. Some of the scenes had me standing up cheering Lara on. At other times my heart went out to her. I'd suggest playing this game through a sound system or headphones as the audio is full and rich and really adds to the experience. I love how SquareEnix threw away the Lara that looks like a swimsuit model for one that looks more like a female Indiana Jones. She is a strong female protagonist that garnishes respect.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Must own all 3
