SIMULACRA

Simulacra is a limitless idea it's a slow burn but, this concept could be expanded into sequels. It's somewhat a mix between Unfriended: Dark Web & Searching (the controls are the only negative it feels like the game was built around a mouse & keypad not a home console. It's without a doubt a Sega CD game in 2019 (if you love games like Double Switch, Night Trap you'll dig this) this game is very ambitious that's for sure

Great game....I wasn't expecting much; but to my surprise it was really really good! Very enthralling story & original gameplay. Make sure you are wearing headphones when you play...had me turning in my chair trying to figure out where the noises were coming from. Great horror game with easter eggs and different endings means a couple of play throughs.

Would appeal to fans of the dark pictures anthology and telling lies

I never do reviews but this one deseves one. I dont want to ruin the experience but will say play with headphones and alone. Worth every penny and the time you put into it.

Simulacra offers an intriguing mystery narrative in a mostly unique format, combining tense atmosphere with unnerving horror relatable enough to chill players. Although the jumpscares were somewhat predictable and some acting fell on the intolerable side, the game manages to keep you interested in the plot and glancing over your shoulder while providing appreciative easter eggs and various outcomes along the way. For its price, even accounting for the game's length, Simulacra is worth the detour, and while it may not be a blockbuster hit, it stands as a fun horror game I did not regret purchasing.
