Star Trek Online Verdant Starter Pack Bundle

This was/is free via. Gamepass. I did get the 1000 zen but NOTHING else. Like 99% of the players, already owned Elachi/Europa T6 (thet should do T6 coupons instead), but never recieved the T6 upgrade, Bridge officer slots, XP, etc... I have restarted game and checked/rechecked EVERY cstore tab, dilith store reclaim, lobi store, event reclaim, etc... NOTHING, just like the last 'Verdant Sword of the Winter Constellation'. GL

I got the 1k zen, but the rest is nowhere to be seen. I checked starter (like it says in the description) and i checked promotions and nothing...

Does not give u ships

Gave the 1k zen, but rest of items did not show up in starter tab or any other tab for that matter. Wasn't able to resolve via Arc either.

The first offer was a Sword once the new company took the reigns. Took the offer, got no sword. Now, you'd think you'd master the finer talents of the internet and programming. But, alas, aother offer and no frigging items. If you can't figure it out, get people that deserve the pay. Been playing since 2014. I think I'm done wasting my time and money here.
