Star Trek Online Verdant Starter Pack

This was/is free via. Gamepass. I did get the 1000 zen but NOTHING else. Like 99% of the players, already owned Elachi/Europa T6 (thet should do T6 coupons instead), but never recieved the T6 upgrade, Bridge officer slots, XP, etc... I have restarted game and checked/rechecked EVERY cstore tab, dilith store reclaim, lobi store, event reclaim, etc... NOTHING, just like the last 'Verdant Sword of the Winter Constellation'. GL

The only thing you get is the 1000 zen which is $9.99. Don't waste the other $20. Used to be trustworthy, now seems like this is a way to scam you for $20. Every five people is another $100 in their pockets

All you get is the Zen. This happened before with people not getting their items. **Update** still no bundle. Still not surprised. *update again* They still don't give a damn about the scamming of people and still haven't given anyone their bundle. It's been almost a month. You think if they gave a damn about their customers they would have this resolved either by refunding people their money (yeah right like that'll happen) or by giving us our items. The items in the store are for sale individually. But then again they have stuff from fleet that has been broken since day one. But oh well ef us i guess they dont give a **** as long as they get our money. They now tried giving me a code to fix this.... It was litteraly the same code. Can you fail any harder guys? Since they've ********* here they have added new items. **** us little people i guess though.

All you get is 1000 credits thats it

Didn't get it the first time, got a code today to fix things, still doesn't work, code won't accept says i already have it. Please fix
