Play as a giant monster and wreak havoc on humanity in this retro city smash ‘em up! Punch buildings, slap helicopters, eat humans, kick cars – enjoy multiple ways to cause carnage! Satisfying arcade action and mindless destruction for up to 4-players!
If you played the demo when it was available here and liked it, you will LOVE the full, finished game. If you didn't try it watch some game clips and if those look fun, to you, you'll like it even more than you already thought you would.
I don't want to spoil stuff. There's a lot that's so much more wild, crazy & hilarious that's gonna be enjoyed so much more if you didn't know about it before playing. Some of it is just the story parts like a news report on "tv" and some is just things you can do or will happen during play. All this will increase greatly with the more people joining you to play.
Single player is still awesome and feels as much like a single player game as it does multiplayer. You don't feel you are in a game intended for multiplayer only if you play alone. Also, doesn't have higher difficulty (that feel it was tuned for multi) just because you are playing solo.
IMO, not a Rampage clone but does take what it did & expands on it greatly, does many things differen

More than Rampage Redone
If you love Rampage, you will be a fan of this game, but there is so much more here. From one of my favorite developers ("Super Blood Hockey") comes a rethink on a classic with a storyline and many wonderful, twisted surprises!

100% completion: My honest review
ToH is well worth the money for older and newer gamers alike. The destruction physics are exquisite, the difficulty is fair, the story is funny (if not a little long winded), and the pacing is perfect. I played 50/50 co-op and it's equally fun solo as it is with a friend. 4 kaijus to choose from, around 25 levels, and a bonus of non-achievemdnt disabling cheats you can activate for, ironically, unlocking achievements! The story does have a green energy vs non-renewable energy narrative, but to me it presented both sides with a comedic spin -it didn't feel "preachy" - but regardless the gameplay was fun enough I can't imagine caring. If you played Rampage long ago, you'll like this. At ToR I only experienced 1 freeze and 3 instances of frame drop when the game had a LOT going on. Enjoy!
