The Alto Collection

I'm gonna be real, there's not much to it. It's a very simple game, but that's its charm. If you're looking for a game you can relax with and play while listening to music, then this is the game for you. It's both Alto mobile games in one bundle on console, and for price comparison it's 4usd to get them both without ads on mobile. If anyone ends up buying this, hopefully you get as many relaxing evenings out of it as I have.

The 2 games are relaxing endless runner err... flowing endless slider type at basically $5 each. Each are much the same but different elements & environment; snow covered mountains & sand dune filled desert. Minimalist look but nice looking one. Best enjoyed w/headphones. In procedurally generated runs do simple tricks & combos. Gracefully grind, get boosts, smooth jumps & bounce off hot air balloons. The more you play & progress the more tricks discovered keeping things fresh after several runs. Has challenges goals to complete but there's Zen mode (both games!) for more relaxed play; no pressure of scoring, lives or game over in Zen. Has weather & day/night changes, photo mode & can buy upgrades. Simple mechanics make an enjoyable casual experience but simplicity does not mean simple & unengaging nor for only casual players. Minor cons: low contrast at night. Just mobile games ported over, procedural generation may on some runs make challenges frustrating by the nature of that.

Just read panzrammers review and remember that is all done with just one button!

Don't get me wrong the game is amazing and totally worth the money, but I feel like there could be some improvements. A perfect example is if we're able to control the direction(s) we flip/rotate. One last example is if we could hold our jump instead of the instant jump. I feel like these improvements would most definitely make the gameplay more comfortable.
