THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2: Remake

The first House of the Dead Remake is so much better then this one I dont know what went wrong with them making this one. The first one felt like they took time and love for the remake this one feels half backed and not as polished. Wait for a sale.

I genuinely love the HOTD Series (probably spent at least $100 back in the day playing the Arcade light gun cabinet) Take off the nostalgia glass and views this is what it is a souless cash grab only using nostalgia to suck you in! There's a reason you never see the SEGA© logo anywhere on here! The devs dug up this IP urinated on it and slapped Re-make on it! Despite the huge laundry list off options theres no mouse option, no option for the MARS LightGun, or even a FPS mode (lets be honest playing a light gun game without a light gun is ridiculous & tearsdown the entire experience! The gore has been pulled back (edited to appeal to teens) The re-recording of all the V/O actors is the absolute biggest sin (This series works because the insane 1980's Italian horror style dubbing) all the V/O work now is disrespectful & so bad! This re-make isn't for fans of the original series it's for kids/young adults that have no reference to the past!

These devs are ridiculous. It's crazy how they ignore all the comments and don't respond to emails. Maybe the publisher forces them to ignore feedback who knows

My childhood memories

I'm loving the remakes. Next stop, GOLDEN AXE and STREETS OF RAGE
