Titan Quest

Right Trigger will change to a new target. HOLD A to pick up loot items all at once.

This is being said with a heavy heart because I truly love this game's style of gameplay. But the devs don't care about us console players and it shows. The console version has NOT received any major updates since March 2018 and it has multiple major bugs/issues more so with playing online. That is over 7 years without a single serious fix/update. Console version is missing a whole mastery class(Neidan mastery). I do love a lot about this game but when the devs don't care to even keep the game updated to at least the pc version(last update was Dec. 2021) it really shows how the devs treat and feel about us console players.

Been playing since original pc release day and still haven't tried even half of the class combinations. Didn't get it on steam until after the anniversary edition release and have over 5000 hours played. Greatest replay value of any game IMO. You will never get tired of trying out different classes and different playstyles. Each class can be played so many ways also. I finished the game 3 times with a ritualist. Once as a petmancer, then as a melee, then as a caster. Same class, 3 completely different play styles and skills setup. 72 different classes if I recall and so many ways to play each of them. Best game purchase I ever made.

This is a very good if a little dated action rpg looter. I like the theme and variety of character classes. However, the controls are weak - not unplayable but "sticky" and a bit unresponsive. The worst part is inventory bugs: 1) Eventually, the shared inventory will stop updating. You can transfer items during a session, but every clean start will revert to an old snapshot. 2) There is another expandable inventory for relics (augment/enchant components). This box will eventually revert to original size and stop showing item tooltips. Until these are fixed, I can barely recommend this for one playthrough. The inventory bugs kill any real arpg endgame potential.

The big issue with this port is the control scheme. Its just plain BAD for anything other than a melee character. Theres a horrible auto-lock targeting system that limits you to fighting with the all the prowess of an AI enemy. Also, theres kinda bad AI: Characters often stand still, or twitch out in combat. My character relies on a summoned tank, who seems to fight about 50% of the time, and lets enemies casually walk by and smack my poor summoner in the face the other 50%. Get this on PC, or look at something else in the genre
