Tormented Souls 2 Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade

Upon initially downloading the outfits seemed to work fine but after playing for an hour they disappeared and were replaced by the default outfit's model so I was ultimately left with three copies of the default outfit (red dress.) Then as of the latest patch (1.0.0.5 I believe) they're now gone completely. Poof. Disappeared. I bought this to try to support the developers as I'm a huge fan of the series and yes they're just outfits but when you purchase something like this you kind of expect it to actually work so I'm a little disappointed.
