Vigor: Rise from the Dust Pack

Oh boy, here we go. This games community suffers HARD from self destructive personality disorder, same for the devs. The community is always crying about the lack of new people but lack any self awareness THAT SEAL CLUBBING NONSTOP DRIVES NEW PLAYERS AWAY. Player Hunters will NOT go into shootout or elimination (and most are maxed players with everything unlocked) because it's "boring". It's the equivalent of cyberbullying when you mow down a noob who only has a PM and you have an MG3. Speaking of which. LMGs and Portable Detector spam is a constant. May as well put a minimap in the game since stealth and camoflauge is useless. Hit detection is TRAAAASH. Weapon spread is TRAAAASH. You can completely miss a target at point blank range with a SHOTGUN or FULL AUTO RIFLE. Update. Uninstalled after game crashed and voided out two blue crates and a gold crate. Don't download, avoid at all costs.

I've played off and on since it went free to play and at its core this is a good game. The highs are pretty high but the lows are loooow. There's so many basic QOL issues that consistently irritate everyone that stem from the predatory micro-transactions or are exacerbated by the sky-high prices. Updates are greatly spaced out and focus far more on paid packs and the battlepass than the general experience or balancing. This brings me to the worst issue B A L A N C I N G. Some weapons and items are BRUTALLY overpowered and unless you've kept up with the passes you'll be entirely outclassed by sweats with nothing but the best. There are no inventory wipes (which would be the best solution) so the rich and powerful stay rich and powerful with no competition. There is also zero SBMM so it is an uphill battle for new players to progress. This alongside the fact that lobbies are mixed(meaning duos will have to play against trios)make Vigor a very hard sell. I am hopeful but not optimistic.

Worked hard to build my shelter , so much time grinding resources all to go to waste on this new update my whole shelter ripped apart and producing significantly less resources. I highly suggest players stay away from this game not as good as before and has now become even more obvious that it is pay to win.

Last update nerfed how much resources the shelter can hold (under the guise of "faster production") The casual TDM mode "elimination" is now completely pay to win by using crowns to unlock "classes". This game mode was much more fun when everyone had the same load out and didn't have to pay to level the playing field It is a shame to see Bohemia Interactive destroy a casually fun game in an attempt to line their pockets more. Skip this one for now, there are much better free games available
