I love this game it reminds me of Mario Sunshine soooo much. Some of the bosses can be really challenging especially for little kids. The game took me about 21 hrs. to get all the achievements and beat the game. The story is cute and well done.I love the silent protaganist jokes. The game has speedrun timer and time rifts (puzzles like mirrors edgeisque) If you are looking for a great game with some challnge. This is the game for you.

A Hat In Time captures the magic of other great games like Mario, Banjo Kazooie it has the animation quality of a Disney cartoon, with the game play of a Mario game, and exploration, and collecting of a Banjo game. Your character can interact with so many features, and props in the game, each world is unique with something new to find, explore, and interact with, it is like a big playground for gamers to play in. A Hat In Time has great visual effects that add to the game, you can tell that the developers added all the cool features that make for a great 3D platformer game.The Boss levels are challenging like Cuphead. The game is a great value, and well worth more can't wait to see what the developer does next, XB1 needs more games like this MS needs to bring back Banjo Kazooie, Conker to XB1, video games are more then just FPS.

The story is great and the gameplay is good

Cute and full of fun! Best 3d platformer in years! Although this port seems a bit darker than the pc version, and has no brightness slider.
