Antarctica 88: 4k Remaster

This game is a bit of a love letter to 1982 classic, The Thing. I never played the non-4k version. The game is 60-120 minutes long, with 4 endings. It has 10 very easy achievements. The atmosphere is really good. There are several weapons that all feel different and different enemies. The weapons are all fun to use. For $6 you are getting a short but well-rounded and varied game. The main negative is the controls are very janky. Overall, this what these cheap $6 games should aspire to be.

Honestly, this is the best $6 I've spent on an indie game in a very long time. It reminds me of Goldeneye 64 a bit. Brings me back to when games were just fun and simple but simple in a good way that feels immersive. I'll take this over call of dooty anyday. The gunplay is surprisingly good and weapon variety is awesome. Get this game
