HAMSTER Corporation · Racing & flying · Classics

"Rave Racer" is a racing game released by NAMCO LIMITED (current Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.) in 1995. With dynamic presentation and more exhilarating drift control, this title evolved in every way, becoming a hit that soared past the high expectations set for the third installment in the RIDGE RACER series. The diverse soundtrack further pumps up the race, igniting a frenzy that truly lives up to its name—RAVE!

    Killer old game

This one wasn't available on ps1. I owned all that were available: ridge racer, ridge racer revolution, rage racer ( my all time favorite) and ridge racer 4 ( the best and one of the greatest racers ever made). This one is hard as nails and a little too pricey for what you get. However after saying all that, I'm glad that I bought it. I do recommend this to fans of the series. I give it a score of 75%.

Fix the wall clipping bug in City please

Great Namco Arcade classic. However the port or emulation needs a bit more work - especially the 2nd Track (City) when you drift into the tunnel ( final tunnel before reaching the start line ) the wall clipping is kind of disturbing. Seems to be a bug, never experienced it in the Arcades

I Like Better Than Ridge Racer

I like how you can view the car & better handling than Ridge Racer I think. Great visual art when they new how to draw attractive females, & cool jumps! Very nostalgic, great music, very fun. Tough but fair.
