Assassin's Creed II

Replayed for the nostalgia and this game still hits. Perfection.

Yes, the save glitch is still there, even on X/S. Though luckily there's quick resume... However, as some who has studied this glitch for years, there are ways to stop/combat it. Avoid collecting things whilst on missions, or while Ezio is still young. Be very careful collecting the Codex pages; only start collecting the pages after Mario discusses them with you. Try not to speedrun at the end of certain sequences, especially Sequence 1. Clear your cache often, and do not have more than 1 save game. After beating the game delete the save, delete the game, clean your cache, then reinstall if you want to replay. (PS: The glitch is different for everyone, even with this list of info, the glitch is unpredictable.)

Assassin creed Ezio Trilogy are by far the best ac games I prefer these games over the newer ones

As someone who started the AC journey with odyssey and valhalla, i have been hearing a lot about ezio and how it all started. I was impressed! Really enjoyed the storyline and could see a lot of the connections to the current ac games in terms of gameplay. The hiring of groups to accomplish missions, collecting codex pages, puzzles, tombs, and blending in with crowds - felt like a true assassin's creed game. if you are like me who started AC with the newer games, AC 2 is "where it all started." I hope you give this one a try and enjoy the experience.

I just finished it fully right now. I am redeemed. Jesus Christ is LORD .
