Beyond Blue

Closest thing to Endless Ocean you're gonna find on console since 2. Not E.O. though, not quite a game, more like an underwater walking sim, a diving sim. Quite linear in progression, just swim and scan for 10 mins, back to sub. Freeswim past levels unlocked as you progress. Although rather slow it's quite peaceful almost mesmerizing until NPC butts in. Graphics alright, I wanted better. Sequel welcome if it can look better and play better with more everything. More exploring, more to discover, more fish, more danger(not Subnautica survival, just lurking sharks or something to stun occasionally). No interaction with anything in this, gets old.

Ive been playing this since release, nothing short of breathtaking. I recently found out there is a dedicated photomode which appeals greatly to photography enthusiasts such as myself. Not sure if this was recently added or always there, but I'll be playing this much more to enjoy photomode.

Reminds me of Abzu but soooo much more realistic! Free swim is unlocked after you complete the story, which is worth it,-thought it was pretty cute. Free swim is hypnotic, spend hours exploring nooks and crannies looking for new fish. Definitely one to get if you like relaxing games!

Won't finish loading the New Game screen. Edit: Got it to work. My fix was that i had a second controller paired to the console, even tho never on, had to be unpaired.

Absolutely beautiful! Nj devs! You absolutely pretty please with a cherry on top need to add a treasure hunting dlc!! Maybe better customization for dive gear and sub. Also some badazz sunken ships and atlantis type stuff to explore. A scary mode\filter or lol is aliens too much to ask for? Maybe just hire me and we'll have next game of the year!!! Seriously!!!👍💡
