DETECTIVE - The Test

I love this style of game, it's definitely worth the money. Hope they continue to put more games like this on here.

Cool game, easy to solve. Only 3 crimes to solve. Would be nice if they release dlc with sets of crime scenarios that are more challenging. Maybe forensics etc, has potential.

I thought the first and third cases were good. It is limited with reused assets (house) but you can overlook them in the main area. The first case was the best overall. Quite a surprise when you get more details that will be quite different than your first impressions. The third is really simple and is okay in terms of building an environment with it's characters. It suffers from not having any NPC's or elaboration on the facts given. Things were laid out that felt out of place(since there was no background lore for why the file was there). The second is a mixed bag. Good character building with the clues. I appreciate indie games, however, the skybox/outside the playable area is visibly mediocre. And has some visual glitches with some clipping issues. The cabnet clipping in one of the trailers is a bit funny. The puzzle in the second case confused me greatly and it seemed to me impossible unless you look outside the game. I dislike/disgree with. The puzzle doesn't have to be solved.

Remember the CSI games from 360? Yeah not even close good graphics but goofy controls. Very short game and can't recommend even half off getting it. The games scenarios don't have a real crime scene feel to it. The game has easy GS but thats it.

The game was smooth for the price. Game definitely has more potential. I watch a lot of detective shows so i found this to be a little too easy.
