Dicey Dungeons

This game is incredibly charming and entertaining. There is definitely a challenge to it, but it's the addicting kind of difficulty that makes it hard to put the controller down. A hidden gem in EVERY sense.

You might be thrown off when you first start this game. You might think you stumbled onto an old flash game and want to turn it off. STOP DONT DO THAT ! This ia a fun and pretty addictive. There is humorous undertone to the game. there is actual strategy when choosing what "card" to play, and though it is an easy game to pick up it will remind you that you are on a difficult trip to success. Each character plays differently and their specials feel fantastic when you are able to pull them off. Get to certain point and you unlock a bonus character to add even more variation. The developers deserve not only kudos, but also strong consideration towards outright purchase. Because after every variation and character class is completed, there are two bonus episodes. These bonus episodes change parameter, enemy abilities, random effects and increased or completely altered difficulty. best part? Those episodes are free. That is just awesome for adeveloper to do in this day and age.

I just downloaded it with GP, beat it my first time through. You unlock the thief after, and I had no problems. It was a different style of play, in line with other games of this type. To sum it up, this game wont break break your brain, but makes you think just enough to have a laid back and fun time. I would imagine the difficulty ramps up, but I haven't gotten that far yet. Fun game if you're into card type games, or in this case dice.

Ive been playing games made by terry cavanagh since he was making flash games and putting them on Cool Math Games like my favorite, Grab them by the Eyes. This man has made many great games, and it isnt stoping with this one either
