I finished it in 1 sitting. If you LOVE unlocking stuff on skll trees (like I do) this is a perfect lil reaxing game. For Democra-SEA!!! 11/10

It's difficult to explain why a 5 dollar achievement game manages to be so incredibly well optimized, and manages to execute ramping, exponential player stats, when substantially more expensive games with larger studios cannot. Shelldiver is remarkable in a way that your dog performing an untrained trick perfectly would be. It's awesome the dog could do that, now can it do other tricks given the opportunity? I feel the exact same adoration, and hopeful expectation for these devs as you would for that dog. Shelldiver is as simple as it is complex, and I want more. The skill tree is expansive, consistently rewarding, varied, and finely leads to a definitive endpoint. It doesn't overstay its welcome at any point, in fact it ushers you through; more games need to follow suit. The gameplay is simple, but intuitive. Collect jellies, destroy debris, both are currencies. Do so in 4 zones with 3 areas each, complete the tree, watch the credits. 5 is a steal for the journey. Devs, good job!
