FINAL FANTASY V

To clarify, there is an Achievement for completeing the beastiary. However there are SO MANY monsters thats are completely missable. The WORST offender being IRON CLAW. Why? You might ask. Simple theres a point in the game with a timer counting down and you have to escape an area before it does. Not only dd you have to scramble and search the area for Chests if you want the collect all chests achievement. You fight several missable monsters in random encounters as you go. One set is a Sargeant and several Dogs. you learn quickly to take out Sarge first or get ripped apart by the dogs every round. The Final encounter however as your leaving the area looks like any other time you encounter this set of monsters. No Boss music or anything. BEWARE however cause in this fight you need to kill the dogs first to make Sarge transform into Iron Claw. If you kill him first he never changes and you miss this ONE TIME in the ENTIRE Game to fight him. Infuriating and complete TROLL by developers.

I love this game! The job system here is much better compared to FF3.

The best job system in the entire series. Maybe the best in JRPG history..
