Ghost of a Tale

So far I made it to the outside part of the castle. Awesome art style by the way. The game only crashed once and I will expect more, same goes for glitches and bugs. People need to realize the fact that this game is in its early stage and won't always work. Being close minded and giving up on this game just because it has some major flaws won't let you appreciate what is there. The game is in the preview program, the description even says there will be problems. The consumer chose to play it, not forced to play it so people can't get negative on a game that clearly warns them about the current state it is in. I look forward to seeing what this game can do in the future.

demo needs to be a little longer, another 30 min would make up for long loads. really enjoyed the experience and will definitely support this preview game. its currently missing a few basic options like brightness (now added) but the game feels solid. with a good story and some game play tweeks this could be the next best rpg on xbox. with the brightness option added i give it 5.5 stars, it improved the feel by bounds and im noticing small details for the first time. aside from random bugs (to be expected) the game is a masterpiece, it is visibly stunning and the story is well thought out. it is a brand new word with lots of lore as if it existed in previous games.

I am getting really excited to see the finished product. This reminds me so much of the Secret of Nimh that it is almost nostalgic. The art design is stunning. There are so many minute details that make this world so vivid and alive. I'm already a fan. You've got something special here.

It's been in my wishlist for a very long time ....

For a game that's not even halfway done it's apparent what the developer has in mind. The detailed level design is surprisingly well adventured through the eyes of a mouse. Although you cannot attack you can scurry through tight corridors and around corners faster than the armored guards to hide and lose their attention. The graphics are the best I've seen on console. I honestly cannot wait for the final product.
