Halo: Campaign Evolved - Premium Edition

I did not buy this game. I beat legendary in a single playthrough on my day off. I was there for the midnight release for Halo 3 and Reach. Ive been playing Halo since 2001 like most of you. This game, is not Halo. It feels more like a mod than a $70 game with no PvP, theater or forge. If you like this game, great! Gunplay, music, dialog, cutscenes, gun sounds and overall flow is lacking. Levels seem smaller, and unapealing. They absolutely ruined The Library level. The love and passion that Bungie put into this franchise that still holds up 25 years later. MCC is a much better value for your cash than this slop. They will ruin the other Halo games, I promise. Do not buy, play it on game pass and see for yourself. They are removing negative reviews. Buggy, crashes and overall poor performance issues even on the Xbox One X:Halo 25th anniversary console. Also, 343 rebranded to Halo studios fyi.

I can indeed confirm they deleted my review. ALMOST ALL the 5 star reviews are from a FULL MONTH before release! The game will crash so hard, it requires a FULL console restart. Wanna play with your friends? Too bad! At some random time around 20 minutes in, one of you will DC and NOT be able to join again unless everyone returns to the main menu... How do you re-release a 20+ year old game for the 3rd or 4th time and mess it up? AS STATED in my last review, the one they deleted, if Halo Studios isn't on a list for the Microsoft layoffs, they should be... The whole Halo community is watching.

A 25 year old game and all they did was add 3 new mediocre missions and update the graphics. If you have game pass then great. Take a crack at it. Thinking about buying it? Wait till its on sale for like $10.00 and just play MCC till then. Its campaign only so your not missing anything. Its not worth the $50.00 pricetag.

I got this off game pass and still felt scammed.

This is genuinely disrespectful to the halo franchise
