HammerHelm

The combat is a little wonky but simple enough. Overall, it's $12 and it shows it. My biggest complaint is the over-the-top hand holding and the giant mission tabs you cannot hide. But, it's a time killer and closer to 3 1/2 stars...it gets the extra 1/2 for being an independent studio. Edit: Even after leaving and coming back the save was present, but not when going to another game and back. So, when you quit, you must shut the game down and restart. They'll be back. So there is an issue with the quick resume function.

for 10 bucks it's a decent value for the money, you would spend a lot more for a 2 hour movie. ability to hide UI/mission tabs would be good, and a first person camera would be way better than the 3rd person wonky camera. the problem with this game for me is that it takes elements from other games but doesn't do them as good, so if i'm chopping trees and mining stone I'd be better off playing minecraft. if i'm exploring dungeons and fighting creatures it'd be better playing skyrim. if i'm building a town it'd be better playing cities skylines or tropico. still I'm happy to support smaller indy games, and the achievments are easy if that's important to you

Tried saving during game and on exit, turned game off for night. I started game up and no saves.

Quick resume has been nothing but a progress waster Remember to always Quit your games after saving..

After putting in a couple hours, i saved and exited the game. Came back to play and saved game was gone.
