Low Story

Easy 3 hour sidescroller. No missable achievements. Pretty cool world. Numerous invisible wall and jumping glitches throughout. Still a very good game. I've paid much more for a hell of a lot worse. Great job devs 👍

Pros: Cheap, nice graphics and atmosphere. Cons: Everything else. Gameplay and combat are terrible. A lot of creative choices left me puzzled at the stupidity. 1. In combat using base weapon, pick up ammo for another weapon, and it auto switches to that weapon. Why? Let the gamer choose when to switch so they dont waste rocket ammo. 2. When the game switches your gun for you, you can hit RB to toggle through guns 1, 2 and 3. But the order changes. Sometimes 1, 2, 3. Sometimes 3, 2, 3, 1, 2. Then you die. 3. Lots of failed or unregistered button presses. 4. You will go in and out of a bullet time effect back to back to back in the same enemy attack getting you hit. Impossible to dodge when you are in and out of this slow down 3-4 times in a 5 sec period. 5. Invisible boxes show up in boss fights blocking your shots, preventing your dash or blocking power ups. If you die, those boxes move to different spots so it becomes a guessing game. 6. Final boss glitch where they wont fight you.

I really enjoyed pretty much everything about this game. Music, upgrades, graphics , combat are all spot on. Just a great job.

Some glitches in the game, decent for the price.

Nice art easy to play,but multiple glitches on series x invisible blocks in the way and against final opponent it wont move forward. Definitely one to rage quit on.
