My Time At Portia
Team17 Digital Ltd · Role playing
Start a new life in the enchanting town of Portia! Restore your Pa's neglected workshop to its former glory by fulfilling commissions, growing crops, raising animals, and befriending the quirky inhabitants of this charming post-apocalyptic land!
About a year ago, the creators dropped a massive update that fixed a lot of bugs and added a lot of the content that was available on PC but absent on console. I loved the game before, but the update certainly warrented a new playthrough. This game is perfect for anyone who likes Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon, Story of Seasons or Rune Factory. It's charming, fun and has a long gameplay loop. I really enjoyed it and look forward to Pathea's next My Time game, Sandrock. All that having been said, I am sad to see Portia's console port still isn't quite up to the same quality of the PC version. Console has almost none of the DLC packs that are on PC, but the devs have assured fans they haven't abandoned console ports. It's hard to say, though. Either way, I do have to recommend it for what it is. It's very difficult to put down.

Can't scroll?
I'm enjoying this game so far as a Stardew Valley player. However this glitch is preventing me from playing. I can't scroll down in some menus? I can't upgrade my pick axe because I can't scroll down far enough, neither my left analog nor Down on Dpad work

Review: Likes and Dislikes
The game is fun and will admit very grind intensive. The big pro i like is the story and the age of darknessmysteries, I also like the flow of advancement to the game doesn't feel stagnate like similar games. However the game does have a few major flaws that are irritating and I hope the Dev will update for series x, 1: Workshop decoration limit - this is the most frustrating that you can buy so much land and you very limited in making it pretty, now I understand memory limit however it an unfair disadvantage to console player who cant make a fully decorative and truly unique home, If the Devs read this please update and give players the option to remove the limit and be aware of possible crashing or onger loading, instead of trying to glitch the game. 2. Moving animal building should not despawn the creature, have the animals be returned to the player inventory or warn them before moving the structure. To summarize the game has some good and bad things to it.

Good Game, Unstable
Giving up after various bugs and soft crashes, but there's a solid game there. Your mileage may vary. If I didn't lose whole days of progress whenever these issues popped up, I'd probably have the patience to continue. Another game ruined from dependence on autosaves.
