Necropolis

The game is really rad, love the design, it's a great concept, that I personally feel has been executed moderately well. It may be I just have an older system, but I do notice large drops in framerate, and regular loot delay that can really make it tough to accept the death and start again. I'd say 8/10 deaths are absolutely acceptable, but then there can be those 2 that just make you want to quit because there was no way to see the bomb coming at five frames a second. Anyway I'd say this game does its job, and I don't mean that as a compliment, its pretty fun game that hooks you into refusing defeat at the hands of a condescending triangle, I know he's technically a pyramid, but his personality is definitely not 3 dimensional, I think a little voice acting could really bump this game up a grade. I also think a lot of people touched on what else can be added to improve: matchmaking, more classes, like enough so that everyone in a party can play different roles. Could be a great game!

I love this game, there are a few problems with lag though but I'm sure they will fix that as soon as they can. I do wish there was a bit more to the game but the lack of endgame options is understandable seeing that it is a rogue-like. I think they could add more enemies/bosses and maybe another character. I know that this is a lot of critquing but this game is phenominal! I love this game for the replayability, the cool armors and weapons, the humor, the interesting level design, the satisfaction of the loot system (for the most part), if you are looking for a awesome game, pick this game up!

Tight game play, unique art style, and smooth graphics lend to an experience equal parts majestic and nerve wraking. The game can repetative, but exciting co op play is a quick fix. the proceduraly generated dungeons make each life a different experience. Death resets your progress completely, but also lends permanent rewards. All of this culminates in rewarding gameplay that earns It's price tag.

it was a bit too short. The cap should be like 15, add better and more useful potions, scrolls, and bombs, add more environments to explore, more colors, more classes, and a bit harder end boss.

This game is great, it's like a kind of casual dark souls and will hopefully keep me busy till the dlc drops but....I strongly feel it could have a little more meat to it i.e. more levels a greater variety of gear and maybe give an endless mode with leaderboards, with making it the point of every 10 levels add a boss fight. Also just an extra tidbit maybe also give tokens a bit more usage like every 50-100 tokens you can get a passive boost, like 2% increase of your choice on stats based around core gameplay.
