Planet of Lana

This game is amazing. It takes avery similiar style to Limbo and Inside gameplay wise, but with a more whimsical story. The story is told visually, saw some 1 stars complaining about no english, the charcters speak an alien language. You arent supposed to or need to understand any of the few pieces of dialogue. I had ablast playing this game and the story is fascinating. The art is beautifully hand painted and the world reminds me of studio gibli films. The music is also really good, enough to where ill be adding some tracks to my spotify saves. Many of these bad reviews seem to be angry about it not being a triple A size game. If thats what you want i have no idea why you are playing this. It is abou 4 to 5 hours long when skipping secrets. Despite that, its one of the best games ive played in a long time. And please, stop review bombing games for not being the style you want. Not every game is made specifically for you.

Just to be clear this game does get challenging but it's a really good game and the story design that went into this game is very beautiful

Planet of Lana stands with INSIDE at the peak of this genre. An absolutely beautiful game with near perfect pacing and breathtaking atmosphere. While INSIDE's narrative strength was rooted in its mind blowing mystery, Planet of Lana's is grounded in heart and emotion. Enjoyable mechanics mix with gorgeous visuals and a wonderful soundtrack to create a memorable journey that exudes quality. Don't let the negative reviews from people who don't like this type of game to begin with dissuade you. For fans of cinematic puzzle platform games, Planet of Lana's highly polished 4-6 hour experience is worth every penny.

This game is amazing. Beautiful visuals, amazing way to teach you game mechanics. The sound track is a perfect match. I cant remember a AAA game that made me feel like this did.

Small dev teams making these games with high quality makes me wonder what the AAA are even doing.
