Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts & SGW3 Unlimited Edition

Bought on a whim and since I liked the WW2 era versions I decided to try out modern era. Im satisfied and dissapointed at the same time and why you ask? Lets get into it. First the game is gorgeous, I enjoyed traversing the maps and finding alt. paths to take, the killcams are pretty sick and they really put some love into the details. The weapon selection is a little small but does make sense in you are supposed to travel light as a sniper. My only real complaints are the scope sticking and the random discharge when aiming, had to reload a few times because of it, the other annoying thing is npc's either not spawning or glitching out like the prisoner...he just stood in the open and after I cleared area I was supposed to free him a prompt said takedown and I figured I would have to carry him...nope I stabbed him and handler said he was disappointed, had to reload. All in all its prett fun I would recommend.

Really great game, world is beautiful, only a couople of problems I encountered was some lag on the final level, other levels had no lag. The one that really is frustrating is sometimes after you kill an enemy with your sniper weapon, you wil go from crouch position to standing position as soon as you move one step forward. It reverts back to how it should be seemingly after you kill the next enemy as long as you kill him with your rifle. This issue has got me killed a few times as the enemy spots you immediately as you can't stay in cover. I doubt this issue will ever be fixed as the game is a few years old now. Dont let this deter you from picking the game up,I picked it up for $8.00,I finished the campaign on easy now I playing again on hardest difficulty.

I got it for the deal and didn't exect it to be as good as it really is. The sniping aspect is better than Sniper Elite, which I also love. I definitely got a steal for the price.

Ok the campaign: Interesting story in my opinion but it is so buggy that sometimes you can't even progress through the story because a main antagonist didn't spawn in and won't let you complete the mission, multiplayer: Hair ripping frustration around every corner unless you played sgw3's multiplayer but still frustrating because in some spots no matter what somebody shoots at you you're unkillable due to certain railings or even open doors it's registerd as an impenitrable wall where they shoot you but you cant shoot back even with ap rounds nothing will penetrate it's like going under the map in cod where they can shoot but you can't shoot back, so if you're buying it for the campaign i wouldn't recommend it if you get pissed easily. if you're getting it for the multiplayer DON'T buy this game the multiplayer is dead with only 2-3 people on at a time if you're lucky and it's because you can probably only kill one guy before everyone is behind the barrier and you can't kill anymore.

Ever since starting the game, I have had issues with the controls "sticking." If I try to look down the sights, sometimes the gun will fire uncontrolably and give away my possition. I haven't had this issue with any other game. A great game that needs to be fixed, please!!!
