Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival The Setlist Edition

I love the taiko games and would love to see more come to xbox, though i do have to say unfortunately online is pretty much dead on arrival...i feel like this game needs crossplay atleast with PlayStation and pc. (Nintendo switch having exclusive Nintendo songs might complicate things, then again im not a developer so maybe switch crossplay could be easy.)

Rhythm Festival feels like a big step forward followed by 2 steps back from Drum Master. The last game gave you a wider variety of free songs and instruments to play with. This game internationally sharnk the free song selection in hopes to encourage players to buy the music pass. About that, why does a game that isn't free want to charge a monthly subscription on top of already buying the game? If that isn't for you then don't worry since there's still DLC songs that you can buy. Oh wait, they'll sold in packs and there is no way to buy the songs you want individually. Did I mention that that many of these DLC songs were free in the last game? HAHAHA well played namco, I guess I have no choice but to buy your little music pass.... In all seriousness though, this is a genuinely great rhythm game and its a ton of fun to play with friends and family of all ages. Its gotten me into playing the drums after years of not playing my main instrument. I'd recommend it to any musician.

Amazing port from switch with the only blemish being it's local multiplayer. Fluid gameplay and a wide variety of songs gives this game hours and hours of replayability.
