I don't get these negative reviews. The physics are what make this game so good! I've been riding sportbikes for over 15 years. I've owned 600cc and 954cc bikes, so no one can tell me that the physics are way off for what it is... a vidga game! Regardless it's an awsome one and i can't wait for the next install.

Felt like driving a jet ski until I turned the steering sensitivity down. The game has a steep learning curve and most of that curve is playing with the sensitivity settings to find your sweet spot, but once I dialed them in it became much less aggravating. Still at times aggravating but I chalk that up to my own ineptitudes. It's challenging, but if it weren't then we would probably have race lobbies stocked full of those sweaty, pimple faced call of duty trolls. And until the game devs create a feature for us to vote those sweat hogs off the island I think I'll keep appreciating the peacefulness that the learning curve provides.

The bad reviews are likely from younger players expecting an arcade game. There are plenty of settings, adjust them if its too hard for you. I like the sim settings - its like the Dark Souls of motoGP games. I used to commute on a CBR600RR (LOL), have an R1 for fun and a ducati for daily and the physics in the game feel good to me. I picked it up on sale for $8 (free w/MSpoints) and totally happy with it. Great game, my hats off to devs...thank you guys for giving us more of what we needed!

This game, more than any other, reminds me more of all the sensations, thrills, and chills of riding a real bike. No, it's not a perfect sim... The front end stays down too easily, the tires are way too planted, the bike bogs on launch, ... I have never found a real sim, and I'm not even sure it's possible to capture the endlessly nuanced motorbike experience. But this game does convey that rush of accelleration, immediately followed by a panicked realization that the next corner is fast approaching! You squeeze on the brakes as hard as you dare as you lay into a full tilt, uneasily reassuring yourself you are going to slip through the exit unscathed. An off-camber apex flips your tentative optimism to full pucker-factor, and all you can do is pray the transition is an increasing radius, or at least has a soft run-off. I rode for 30 years, and gave it up 10 years ago. Too many close calls. Not really sure if this game is traumatizing or theraputic, but it sure brings back memories. Lol

Play this sim as you would ride a real motorbike, break early, lean in, always in 1st person view, overwhelmed by how it has grown on me once I, my self realized they were NOT trying to make a game, this is the best console sim. Nothing else to say. Oh yes, buy it.
