Wytchwood

Play a sassy witch while gathering supplies, crafting spells, and outsmarting {sometimes saving} colorful characters! I enjoyed every hour spent on this game. A warning: the gameplay is very repetitive; it's really the excellent storytelling that makes Wytchwood so engaging. It isn't without its own share of bugs but that did not hinder my experience at all. Absolutely worth it!

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect going into this game but I can say that I truly enjoyed every moment of it. The art style is gorgeous and the story ended up being much more immersive than I had expected. It is obvious how much thoughtfulness and care went into every aspect of the game to give the player the best experience possible. An absolute MASTERPIECE!!!

This game was good from start to finish. The characters were wonderful, some being based on fairytales like little red riding hood etc. I was looking for a cute game with characteristics of Stardew valley and got something even better. It's got crafting and characters that make the story pop. The crafting near the end did feel repetitive but the story, art, and music really keep it going. The ending felt new and all bugs that were mentioned got fixed. I only ran into two problems, the speed of game loading after prolonged running, and sometimes the character got stuck. None of this made the game unplayable, and is impressive for how big the team was. The game is super cute and had fun original mechanics. Super worth the money and I will be replaying the game.

This game was absolutely gorgeous. Finished in three days on and off and had a blast! I tired of the crafting system on the last soul, but the game did not drag on.
