UPDATED REVIEW: So they actually listened and fixed the auto save bug, as well as some other annoying bugs! I am happy with my purchase now! This is a great and simple city builder with a nice fantasy aesthetic. Plenty to enjoy here, as its depth underlies its simplicity as your kingdom grows and grows, without it ever feeling like too much to handle. Once you get a hang of things, its fun to just watch your people do their thing, and when that isnt enough, you can take control of a hero and send them to train, fight waves in the arena or have them take care of the many random encounters on the map. Its charming game I can see myself putting many hours into! You should give it a try!

This is a neat city builder type game with lots of potential. It's like Kingdoms and Castles with a whimsical twist. One major bug happens after playing for a while, you can't click on anything and are essentially stuck. It seems to happen occasionally when the game is autosaving, and the bug continues if you load the autosave. I have found that restarting my console usually makes the autosave playable again. That being said, frequent manual saves are a must. Saves can take up to five minutes to load for some reason, even with a small kingdom. This game makes my console (X) run extremely hot, but it has not crashed from overheating yet. The text in the game is way too small and may be hard for some people to read, I have good vision (and a big tv) and I struggle a bit. The controls are clunky, but I got used to them fairly quickly. Other than the mentioned issues, the game is quite fun. I'll update my review if things get patched, or if I encounter more issues. 3/5 for now.

As of 11 13 24 still bugged..won't let me go past 175 ppl ...everyone stops eating and starves....

The game is too bugged to be considered a completed game. The game has potential, but it needs a lot of fixes. I feel ripped off since the game was marketed as functional. After looking online, I do not see any updates from the developer about fixing the game. Bugs I encountered. 1. Hero reset losing all experience/levels. 2. Hero is permanently frozen and unable to be controlled 3. Villagers randomly stopped working/production yields tanked (not due to distance or materials). Unassigning and reassigning to same task temporarily helped sometimes. 4. Villagers have all stopped moving and are starving to death. 5. Trolls spawn in, but cannot be attacked. 6. A few other small things that I found work arounds for online or that didn't prevent play,but were annoying.
