A love letter to classic JRPGs. Really liked the enemy models, music and some of the humor, especially when it was highlighting tropes in the genre. The story was ok but ultimately a little stereotypical. Pacing in this game was a lot better than games from the 8 bit era, no excessive amount of random encounters or much need to dedicate time to level characters as long as you do some side quests.
Looking at about a 25-30 hour playtime to get all the achievements

More depth than I expected
I was surprised by a lot of the elements in this game. They did a good job on character development and dialouge. Combat was challenging. Good amount of content. I wish part 1 was on xbox. A mini map in dungeons would be helpful. Great retro rpg. Glad I bought it. Worth the time & $$!!👍👍

Good ol school RPG but nothing special.
Its good for a few hours but quikly gets boring. To be fair i didnt even finish it. It got to a point where there was a puzzle involving a room full of torches. Im sure there was a clue somewhere but i just lost ambition to even u tube it. Not bad for $20 but i feel $10 is more fair. Not much to it.
