Anno 1800 Console Edition

Just look him up on youtube if you need a tutorial or reference point for this game

This is a very complex, not easy and very good city buider game. The gameplay is very addictive, however can become very complex at later stages when you need to manage trade routes and resource managament. I now understand why developers decided not include DLCs from PC as even base game is huge and enough for console interface. You need to think what to build and where. The graphics, sound and music is very good (I play on Series X). Surprising, even the campaign story is quite interesting.

Seems like a fun game but the learning curve is taking a while. A game like this needs a way better tutorial then what is in game. So far im having to play by trail and error and then youtube when that fails. It just needs a better tutorial.

I love city builders and this is the best one I've played to date, I've been playing these games for a long time and when I learned Anno was coming to console it blew me away. If you liked city skylines, you'll love Anno.

Excellent port to console. I played this on PC from its release in 2019 to the end of 2021 ... nearly 1600 hours game time. The best city builder. True, only the base game here but the base game is very very good.
