Before We Leave

This is a great management game. The art style is quaint in a way that works for what this game is. The Complexities remind me of Settlers, and also the Anno series. It's a nice chill game in which you are just trying to get your people off the world but in order to do so, many requirements have to be fulfilled. If you like management games, give this a try!

There's alot of odd glitches where saving messes up or i can't scroll through resource menus

This game unfortunatly will delete a save file. If you manually save and come back in later, all your progress will just be gone. It's pretty annoying. While I enjoy it as a calm game, I like the idea of coming back to work on harder achievments but unfortunatly it looks like I never will. I wish I could refund. :/

I played this for a few minutes and gave up on it as the interface seemed a little convoluted and weird. Then I came in while my nephew was playing and watched as the game developed. It got interesting. When I finally got the rocket to launch and found out the game wasn't over, I was truly hooked. I have poorly planned my way into two restarts so far and I'm loving it. Great game. Just my kind of game.

Easy going game (which can be made more difficult) where placing buildings on a hex grid requires city planning and understanding of symbiotic relationships of each. Its worth playing on Game Pass for sure
