Bound by Flame

This game wasn't my thing. The combat isn't really the type of stuff I usually enjoy. The story (in my limited time playing) was hit or miss, and the characters were not super compelling. So why 4 stars and not a 1 or 2? I am usually brutal in reviews, but this is the rare game that didn't deserve that. It seems to be more my issue than the games fault. It runs fine and I saw no bugs. The $.99 price was a steal for a full game, and people seem to really enjoy their memories of the game. So maybe I will give it s second chance one day, and maybe you might love it. So yeah, 4/5 just for not being trash in a market full of trash even if it wasn't for me.

Can't believe it was only $2, ended being one of my top five 360 games of all time. Love the fighting mechanics a nd character development.

Extremely addictive and gripping plot, tactical combat.

Keep in mind that this is not a AAA game. This is a smaller developer doing their best with a smaller budget. That said, I really enjoyed this game. It reminds me a lot of how Bioware used to make their games.

This game is quite the adventure and if you're really into RPGs like I am, you'll probably have fun with the story and characters. However, the writing surrounding those things isn't Greedfall-tier and was a bit lacking in some aspects. This game had a sense of humor, too which I enjoyed. Keep in mind that it can be a bit challenging, especially the final boss. Overall, though, a fun experience.
