Solid port of a Super Famicom title previously unreleased outside of Japan. I found this entry to be the most enjoyable. Decent visuals although some enemy design may be better in previous entries. Interesting to see that this final entry has a slight genre shift to a more Beat'em up/brawler style. Pretty good soundtrack.
This port also offers save states and rewind features although you most likely will not need them, fairly easy game overall. Easy Achievements.

Decent Precursor to Viewtiful Joe
Controls are pretty responsive. Simplistic platform brawling. Environments are fairly bland. NES games frequently featured more detail than this. Game is mechanically fun, but isn't much to look at.

Another enjoyable entry in the Cyber Citizen series.
While not as good as 3 in my opinion,0 is a very fun entry in the series. The game is a solid retro title that doesn't take its self too seriously,and it gives it personality. The series games have come a long from the original in 1989 . The last part is 0 which was originally released in 97. The game is full of quirky dialogue and ends the fun retro series.
