DREDGE - Digital Deluxe Edition

Story is dark with a lovecraftian feel to it. It's well written and the game design is top notch. The inventory management actually feels like a mini game as you try to bring in the largest haul possible. Fishing is simple with just enough challenge to keep you engaged. There's lots of upgrading and exploring. Visually it's quite impressive and the music is perfect. It runs great with no dips in fps, crashes, or bugs. This game is absolutely worth $25.

I stumbled into this game unknowingly the other night and now have walked away with a grin on my face and a weight on my shoulders. I'm a boat captain irl and found this game to be a hauntingly good representation of the fright you can have at sea. The mechanics of maneuverering your vessel I found to be pretty realistic and honestly just fun to play around with. You'll get a good 15-20 hrs of game play, fun boating and fishing mechanics, and a sinister fishing tale with some alternate endings. All in all great game and remember watch out for the fog;)

I played it non stop for 3 days and 100 percented it which is incredible for my adhd brain that so rarely ever finishes a game. It is a tall order for a game to hold my attention and maintain interest like this one did.

Great game, very engaging. Catching fish is fun and even has a rotation function making it feel like tetris. Worth the wait. The horrors below are real and the fog will take you, fisherman.

The fog is coming The fog is coming The fog is coming
