ION Shift

If you enjoyed Carrion you'll enjoy this. Art style is nice and unique with its blend of 3d backgrounds and 2d characters. The combat and movement are simple, but that's more of a positive in this game. It can be beat in one sitting.The platforming was challenging but not unfair. Didn't run into a single glitch or bug while playing, runs nice too. The most important thing tho, is that I did have fun playing it.

I was extremely enjoying this game but there were some parts that did become frustrating but I got past them. However once you get to the level with Joe I feel that it just gets a little ridiculous. You are being chased through the level and you don't dare stand still. You must speed through and you still have enemy soldiers and hazards and even light puzzle elements and throughout all of this you don't really even have a second to think about anything. And a part you finally get past and die to a laser, you must do that whole part again. And the worst thing based off the achievements it sounds like there are two levels like this. In my opinion Joe kinda ruins this game. Easily at least 4 stars without Joe.
